Continue to develop the team by coaching and retaining the best talent with a hands-on approach to career development.
Work closely with the Technical Lead to build roadmaps, and prioritise projects + day-to-day activities through defining epics and running planning and review sessions to ensure we balance the right amount of structure and planning for a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the Product and Technology Groups to set expectations, manage dependencies, risks and continuous process improvement.
Continue to establish and refine our best practices for security, disaster recovery, migration and expansion of business systems infrastructure.
Live and breathe our company values and leadership principles and continue to foster a culture of mutual respect and collaborative decision-making.
